1. Our company for over three decades has been involved in active commercial farm in our farms in different parts of Oyo state. Our Omi -Adio farm is for the commercial production of Arable crops: We plant Cucumber, beans, Water melons, Oil Palms,Maize, Plantatin. Fresh water Fishery and Poultry farming. At our ILora farms Piggery farming, Poultry is actively carried on.

2. Total Land Allocation: 2000 Hectares.
3. First Year: About 500 acres of our Land is planted with Cashew as our primary cash crop. Soybeans, Local beans, melon, Maize, cassava is intercropped.
4. Plan of Action for Year 2 to Five.
a. Our Flagship crop shall be Cashew.. We plan to plant between 1000-2000 acres with Cashew.
b. Clear and plant about sixty acres with Yams. Yams unprocessed for sale in the Local market .Yam processed and packaged as elubo for both the Local and International markets.
c. About 200 acres of land to be planted with cassava. The cassava is to be processed to Gari and Industrial Starch.
d. This Planting season we plan 250 acres of Maize farm. This is planned as components of feed in the Poultry and fresh water fishery farms.
e. Beans, The Oloyin variety shall be processed and package for Local and International Markets.
f. Working with our experienced consultants we plan to plant 600 acres each of Soybeans and the sesame beans. Consultation is on going to acquire the technology and equipments to process these seeds to fine oils for the Local and International markets.
g. We have concluded consultations on constructions of boreholes and Solar powdered irrigation system to support all year round planting vegetables including tomatoes.
h. We have concluded arrangements with competent firms to construct and maintain Green houses for vegetable planting.

5a. Key to the success of our plane above is aiming at 100% mechanization of farm operations. Presently we have a 80 horse powered Massey Ferguson Tractor.
b. We have almost completed arrangements with a South African Based Tractor company for supply of further basic farm equipments. We plan to take delivery of Massey Ferguson, Tractors, planters, boom sprayers and other farm equipments.
c. Dozens of brush cutters already shipped for easy of Land clearing. The cost of farm equipments we are negotiating with the South African Tractor Company is worth about US $ 40,000.00. Farm trucks been serviced to make them functional for easy transport of human and farm products.
d. The Local content investments in human locally purchase equipments seeds, and other farm supplies shall be about Ten million Naira.
e. Agricultural experts and essential consultants are being engaged in the professional planning and execution of all the above farm activities.

6a. Our company’s goal is to within a maximum of 3 years put the entire 2000 hectares of Land under active cultivation.
b. Mechanize the entire operations of our farm activities.
c. Add value to our primary farm products, if necessary establish cottage Industries.
